session fee: $350
mentorME sessions are intended for moms and dads who yearn to capture beautiful photographs of their children's and family's lives.
my goal for our mentoring session is to take you off the "green box" and on to shooting in manual in 3 hours! sessions will take place in your home environment or on location, using your children and/or spouse as models if you like (because that's who you want to create beautiful photographs of, right?).
the session can be as structured or unstructured as you want it to be. i would love to focus on what you want to learn, so if you have a bunch of questions, i suggest writing them down prior to the session, emailing them to me, and we will go from there!
mentorME sessions are available monday - saturday.
requirements:
- dslr camera & prime lens recommended (i.e. 35mm or 50mm)
3-hour one -on- one mentoring session includes:
- exposure: iso, aperture, & shutter speed
- composition & depth of field
- focus modes
- metering
- finding the light
- interacting with your child from behind the lens
BONUS: you will also receive 5 photographs that i take of your children during our session, via instant download, with printing rights.
session add-ons:
- 1-hr follow up session session | $100
